CALO’ DES MORT

Caló des Mort is a small game as small as it is beautiful. Its only 70 meters of beach are reason enough to make this beach one of the essential elements if we want to enjoy one of the most beautiful places in Formentera. ES PUJOLS

In the only tourist resort on the island, you will find a lovely and wide sandy beach, surrounded by sand dunes with some small rocky islands offshore and beautiful views. Although located in a lively tourist resort, it retains its old-world charm thanks to the fishermen's huts at both ends. Suitable for the whole family, it can also accommodate people with disabilities, being equipped with a ramp to enter the water. A lovely promenade overlooking the beach is full of inviting places to eat. Other restaurants are scattered along the back streets behind it. Shops and bars are nearby, as well as a small hippy market on the main street of Es Pujols, which leads directly to the beach.

This small and picturesque cove is a beautiful beach where you can stay in peace. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of Ibiza; its location to the west also makes it ideal for admiring one of the magical sunsets of Formentera. In addition to a couple of beach restaurants offering great food, the beach is dominated by the Hotel Cala Saona, also blessed by the wonderful view from this beach. Part of the beach is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas but, if you prefer, you can simply lie on the soft white sand and sunbathe for free. The clear waters are beautiful for swimming and perfect for snorkeling, especially around the rocks that rise from the water and...

All along the west side of a narrow and kilometer-long peninsula, you will find fine white sand, wonderful blue skies and the most crystal clear waters you have ever seen, which combine to create a corner of true paradise in Formentera. Illetes means "islets" and you will see a whole series of them along this stretch of sand that you can reach by swimming and even on foot, walking in the water. The farther you go, the fewer...
